What does 2MI stand for?

TMI is an acronym for too much information used to notify a person when he or she shares something inappropriate. It is often spoken out loud to save time and sound funny. TMI is often used to cut someone off when they are providing more details than you want to hear, i.e. "Woah, TMI!" Common culprits that need to be told "TMI" include your mom or _creeper_ co-workers.
