Development Assistance Committee

The group of member countries of the OECD that form the "principal body through which the OECD deals with issues related to co-operation with developing countries." It has 24 members (as of August, 2012), which are generally those OECD member countries with the highest per capita incomes, plus the Commission of the European Union.
