EBTDA stands for earnings before taxes, depreciation, and amortization, as calculated by the Company in accordance with Calavo's accounting rules in its audited financial statements for the corresponding fiscal year and in accordance with Calavo's method of calculating EBTDA. For the avoidance of doubt, EBTDA is computed after interest expenditure is deducted and is not to be confused with "EBITDA."
