Eccentricity

The distance between a line of action of force and the centroid of the member it is applied to. The degree to which two forms fail to share a common center; for example, in a pipe or tube whose inside is off-center in regards to the outside. In hollow extrusions: the difference between the maximum and minimum wall thickness at any single cross-section.
