EMASYA (Emniyet, Asayiş, Yardımlaşma) is an agreement between the Turkish National Police and local municipalities to enhance cooperation and coordination in matters related to public security and order. It aims to establish a framework for joint action and information-sharing to prevent and respond to potential security threats and emergencies.
It was repealed on 15 July 2016 on the grounds that it was not used in accordance with its original purpose and constituted a problem in terms of national security.
