The Monkey Intelligence Bureau is the Monkey Village's third Path 2 improvement. It allows any form of bloon to be popped by all towers within the radius. It doesn't always give MOAB-class Bloon popping power, but it does let all towers within its radius pop Lead, Thermal, and Frozen Bloons.
