Repair

The reconstruction or renewal of any part of an existing structure or building for the purpose of its maintenance. Any work done on any window to correct any deterioration or decay of or damage to a window or any part thereof and to restore same, as closely as may be practicable, to its condition prior to the occurrence of such deterioration, decay or damage. The term "ordinary repair" shall refer to work that does not require a permit.
