(SNPEMC) is a Chinese state-affiliated enterprise established in 2007 under the State Nuclear Power Technology Corporation (SNPTC), holding roughly 80% ownership, with the rest held by China Nuclear Industry No.23 Construction Co. and related CNNC entities. Located in Haiyang, Shandong Province, SNPEMC specializes in the design and manufacture of heavy nuclear-power equipment for advanced reactors like Westinghouse’s AP1000. Its fabrication portfolio includes reactor components, containment vessels, primary system pipelines, structural modules, and conventional island equipment. SNPEMC earned its ASME certification in 2009 and has been integral to China’s shift toward localized production of Generation III+ and IV nuclear technologies such as CAP1400

SNPEMC is a cornerstone of China’s nuclear industrial chain, supporting domestic and export-oriented reactor projects.
