Sex Undesignated at Birth

Someone who is Unassigned at Birth (UAB or UAAB), Gender/Sex Undesignated at Birth (GUAB or SUAB), or Unassigned Gender/Sex at Birth (UGAB or USAB) does not have a gender assigned at birth. Most of the time, it is written with the letter "U." It is most often used by parents who don't want to tell their children what gender they are, but it can be used for other reasons as well. It can also be taken on by someone who doesn't care about their "birth sex" or tries to hide it.
