What does WORA stand for?

Sun Microsystems coined the phrase "Write once, run anywhere" (WORA) or "Write once, run everywhere" (WORE) in 1995 to emphasize the Java language's cross-platform features. A Java program may theoretically be written on any device, compiled into standard bytecode, and expected to operate on any device with a Java virtual machine (JVM). Installing a JVM (Java Virtual Machine) or Java interpreter on chips, devices, or software packages has become industry standard.
